So you like the idea of Pilates but can’t make a regular group session?
I instruct a limited number of Private Pilates sessions each week, usually at a clients home however a studio or hall can be used if required. If you wish (and there is enough space!) you can involve an interested chum to join in the session with you. These classes are priced acccording to time and distance involved however a rough guide is £50 per hour.
